By submitting your booking request here for the 2025/2026 walking season you will be added to the waitlist ready to proceed once the DOC hut booking system opens, usually around May/June time, but we will keep you updated on this.  We will need your preferred departure date plus 2 other possible start dates as a preference (these can be entered on the booking form). We will need all of your booking details plus your deposit before we can place your details on the waitlist. If for any reason we are unsuccessful in securing your hut bookings, then of course we would refund your deposit.

As soon as we have confirmation that the booking is in place, we will email you your full confirmation details.
